A founder’s goal: to good health.
Born with chronic health issues, founder Karen Avinelis struggled early with food sensitivities, digestive problems and obesity. Her search for ways to enjoy the fresh products and flavors we love—without additives or preservatives—led her to the creation of Thomas Creek Farms.
