Makes 1 large smoothie or 2 medium smoothies

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 frozen orange slices
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 8 ounces of water
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds or flax seeds, depending on your preference
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced, for extra creaminess (optional)
  • Healthy sweetener of choice (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cute glass, add a straw, and enjoy!
